Answer

To enable Audit logs in ALM do the following...

  1. Login to the ALM Site Administration
  2. Select the "Site Configuration" tab
  3. Add the following parameter name and value...

              Param Name: ENABLE_AUDIT
              Param Value: Y

This will create a new folder “Audit” in the ALM “log” folder.
