User role context field is case sensitive

Summary

SiteScope is not able to use certain LDAP users to login but we can see them if we retrieve the list of users and import them into a CSV file from the GUI. After some investigation it seems the "User role context" field is case sensitive while the "Save allowed LDAP users to CSV" option does not require it.
