RH 8 agent support has been released for SA and new entries in the /etc/opt/opsware/rhn_import/redhat_import.conf file are necessary to enable redhat_import to download patches from Redhat using the redhat_import utility.

Answer

The "os" labels are needed for patches, the "appstream" labels are an example of how to add other streams available from RH.
