Question

After an upgrade, Sitescope java applet is not loading

Answer

1. Stop SiteScope
2.Edit the SiteScope\groups\master.config and setup the below changes:
-- We increase the pool size parameters as follow:
Original values:
_maxMonitorProcesses=400
_maxMonitorsRunning=400
_processPoolMaxPerPool=600

New Values:
_maxMonitorProcesses=750
_maxMonitorsRunning=1500
_processPoolMaxPerPool=750

3. Remove all the *.dyn within the groups folder.
4. Clear cache of the java applets on the client machine::
*
close all browsers
*
navigate to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\ com.hp.acm.swing.container.cache and delete all the files from this directory
*
navigate to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\


and delete all the files and folders from this directory
*
Open SIS UI
