As a product version reaches the end of Committed Support, no new enhancement requests, security patches, fixes, document changes or platform certifications will be done during the Self-Help Support period. After the end of Committed Support, you will not be able to log a support case for this product version anymore. At that moment only Self-Help Support will be available. Self-Help Support will continue to provide access to knowledge base, forums, existing patches, new versions or any replacement products. More details on the deliverables during Committed Support and Self-Help Support are available in the Micro Focus Business Support Agreement.
