Upgrade from 11.33 to 11.50 fails
The unistallation of 11.33 failed and all the files have been removed manually.
Still the installation validation fails
Answer
1. Remove the following keys on the registry: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Hewlett-Packard\SiteScope
2. Restart the SiteScope server.
3. Installation of the 11.50 version completed.
4. Installation of the patch 11.51 version completed.
5. SiteScope Ui is working properly without any problem,
