Please make sure that your Software is on a supported version throughout the period of your subscription ID (previously known as Support Agreement ID). Micro Focus recommends that all customers update to the latest version of these products. In January 2017, we have integrated these products into the official time based support lifecycle. The complete product list, the first version under the time based support lifecycle process and the time lines for Committed Support, Extended Support and Self-Help Support with Rights to New Versions is available in the Software Time Based Support Lifecycle Time Frames list. More details on the deliverables during Committed Support, Extended Support and Self-Help Support with Rights to New Versions are available in the Micro Focus Business Support Agreement. As a product version reaches the end of Committed Support, no new enhancement requests, security patches, fixes, document changes, or platform certifications will be made available.
