In Problem Tickets under journal section the operator name is not reflecting.

Summary

In Navigator Menu, click “Problem Management”  Administration  Environment. If the “Use Operator Full Name?” is checked, then please uncheck, save and relogin again then test. If it’s unchecked, then please check it and do the same to test.

Problem Management Module: In Problem Tickets under journal section (Activity logs) the operator name is not reflecting, it's shows as undefined.

Answer

In Navigator Menu, click “Problem Management”  Administration  Environment. If the “Use Operator Full Name?” is checked, then please uncheck, save and relogin again then test. If it’s unchecked, then please check it and do the same to test.
