The product hierarchy reflects how software products and appliances are grouped into Portfolios, Centers and Product Lines.

The product hierarchy is being updated once a year. This document provides an overview of the hierarchy for software and appliance products as it will be effective as of November 2018, for products covered on MySupport. The product hierarchy is defined by Product Group for the Application Delivery Management, Information Management and Governance, IT Operations Management, Security and Vertica products. For a complete list of Centers and Product Lines and their associated products, check the November 2018 Software product hierarchy.

Web sites and tools that reference or use this hierarchy will be updated to reflect these changes. For products that are moving from one Center or Product Line to another, you may not be able to find the product where you used to find it in the hierarchy. For your convenience, we’re providing the product hierarchy for each of these Product Groups as it will be effective as of November 2018.
