Issue opening RTSM in APM

Customer had problems with one user on one pc, the user worked on other ones.


We are running APM 9.30 on Linux. I have one user that is getting the bellow error wen trying to access RTSM in APM. If we try from a different computer the issue dose not appear.
We have cleared IE temp/cookies, We have also cleared the Java temp files.
Error message is:
A fatal error has occured
The application might have entered an unstable state.
It is recommended that you close all browser windows and restart the application


Deleting the ucmdb ui applet jars folder on %temp% solved the issue
