SiteScope integrate with OA. The issue occurs because ovc doesn't work.

Hi,
Firstly, not sure what's going on but our SiteScope license is not listed under my entitlement.
Secondly, our SiteScope is not working. It keeps restarting since this morning.
Please assist urgently ans we do not have monitoring for our servers at the moment.

Answer

The issue occurs because ovc doesn't work. Stop ovc service manually, stop SiteScope, restart server then start ovc and SiteScope service. After that SiteScope works well.
