Question

Memory and CPU monitors are set up on an Linux application servers but the metrics are not been reported properly.

Answer

Change the value "CPU maximum units" from 16 to a real number of the server cores.
This value is on the UI/preferences/infrastructure preferences/monitor settings/ CPU maximum units
