One of UCMDB server do not start the Print Status Report request
Question
After a restart, trying to start a topology search reindex, and it went well on one of servers, but the other one of the cluster did not start this process.
This is problematic because if this server become writer, the search of CI´s on UCMDB Browser do not work.
Also, all server are taking 1 hour + to initialize, and would like to know if there is a way do improve this initialization time.
Answer
After 4 reboot's and start the service, with the directory search blank, finally invoke the Print Status Report worked and the host is indexing
