Summary

Customer is experiencing problem when he tried to use his Purge Execution Summary According the logs there is an error message vHPOO.UQ_OO_RUNTIME_VALUE_STORE_KEY in General logs and Execution log

Question

The Pusrge execution summary Operation is having expericieng issue since 5 days ago, before were working fine without issue.

Duering hte execution you can see the following error message:
Could not acquire lock: 9javmasudvmfsoznzm8z
