Error accessing the SiteScope UI (class com jidesoft plaf CommandBarUI signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package)

Try the following steps (the steps apply to the server from which you are accessing the SiteScope interface):

1. Close all browsers.
Go to X:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\com.hp.acm.swing.container.cache and remove all files from this directory.
3. Go to X:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\SunJava\Deployment\cache\6.0\and delete all files and folders from the directory.
4. Open the browser and remove the cache (browser cache)
5. Try to enter the SiteScope interface.
