Issue with Multi Log Monitor error " not able to read Directory"

Question

Multi log monitor gives error "can't read directory" The directory path has 300000+ .txt files. If we use a log file monitor with one txt file match its working but if we use directory monitor it says cant read directory.

Answer

Resolution: Customer was monitoring a directory with more than 400.000 files inside, so it was needed to increment the UNIXSSHTimeoutSeconds

1. Stop SiteScope Server
2. Increase time for the parameter UNIXSSHTimeoutSeconds=60 to 500
3. Start the SiteScope Service.
4. Go to Properties tab and select Server Side Processing Checkbox.(This will process the log file on the server side)
5. Save the changes and run the monitor.
