Windows error affecting the WIndows patch through SA
Question
From case (SD02201958) it was determined the job failed from a silverlight issue.
as we talked in the WebEx the issue “params: {'message': 'Search failed DB :C:\\\\Program Files\\\\Common Files\\\\Opsware\\\\agent\\\\wsusscn2.cab'}” can be resolved in another ticket. I Kindly let you know that by company policies these two problems are totally different and should be handled in separate cases, I kindly let you know that if you like I can open a new case and this case if the problem keeps showing up, we continue with the support. Please, let me know.
We do not have a specific version of Silverlight, removing/updating the Silverlight on the managed servers could fix it.
The customer team has said there was no silverlight and the other is on the latest.

JBBWIMSPJBT02 - server running with latest version of Silverlight. Do you want to downgrade?
