Program Overview
Micro Focus is announcing the obsolescence of the older N-2 product structure licenses of Network Automation . Through this product structure, the product was sold in Nodes/Node Packs, Satellite, Multimaster, Core licenses.
All Network Automation customers with an active support contract for any of these older licenses are eligible to migrate to Network Automation Ultimate Edition.

Micro Focus introduced a change in product structure for Network Automation in the past where Network Automation licenses could optionally be exchanged for Network Automation Ultimate licenses.  We are now announcing the obsolescence of the older Network Automation product structure licenses which will no longer be supported after August 31, 2022.  Accordingly, starting March 1, 2019 upon subscription renewal, Micro Focus will replace the older Network Automation licenses with the corresponding new Network Automation Ultimate licenses.

This does not involve any form of technical migration or any changes to your implementation. You simply will need to obtain the new license key and apply it to your environment.

With this announcement, Network Automation customers can purchase additional capacity licenses between now and March 1, 2019.

As a result of this migration, customers can benefit from new product features at no additional cost.

Support Contract Update

There are some licenses impacted due to the obsolescence of the N-2 product structure licenses for Network Automation. For this reason, your support subscription will be updated automatically at the next renewal time.
