Effective September 1, 2017, Micro Focus is announcing the availability of Extended Support Plus for Operations Manager for Linux 9.22 Monitoring Solution Environment.

The offering covers the following selected product versions:

  • Operations Manager for Linux 9.22 and above
  • Operations Agents 11.14, 11.15 and 11.16
  • Performance Manager 9.22 and above
  • 5 Smart Plug-ins:
    • Oracle 12.0x
    • MS SQL 12.0x
    • MS Exchange 13.0x
    • MS SPI AD 7.0x
    • SAP 12.0x

Customers on active support are eligible for purchasing this new offering. It provides customers with an extension of specific technical services such as hotfixes and security fixes for critical and high impact product defects not available during the standard Extended Support period. Customers who purchase the 2 year Extended Support Plus option will also be entitled to migration startup guidance or assistance.
