HP BSM integration is not working with HP NNMI

Customer was having problems with integration


Hi Team,
Our integration HP BSM 9.25 unable to integrate with HP NNMI 9.22.Both applications installed on windows and we have done integration from NNMi but not from BSM.We have only added NNMi details in Platform administration but still we see missing CI information in BSM event browser. Attached is the document for your reference. It is production environment and it is affecting our most of critical work. Please arrange a WebEx session so that I can show them exact issue.


I would have checked the configuration of the Integration Points and the logs.
