CIs are totally changed by two discovery jobs
Question
Hello,
we have a case where the "Host connection by SNMP" discovers a CI as a netdevice and a few hours later the "VMWare discovery by VIM" will discover the same CI as a "Unix".
What happens then is that all the attributes of the CI are erased and updated by that job. Even the Create Time and Created by attributes,
This is repeated each time each one of these 2 jobs runs,
Why is this happening?
What can be done to avoid this situation?
I have attached the history of one of the CI affected by that behaviour.
