Error

[FATAL] [WrapperSimpleAppMain] (ProbeGwDBServicesFactory.java:59) - Failed creating DBServices for ProbeGwDBServicesFactory!!
com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.shared.base.CmdbException: [ErrorCode [-2147483648] undefined error code]

Cause

As you know to install the probe we need root permissions so I think the owner should be Root user, however as the postgresql is deployed by the installer I assume that the owner should be postgresql’s user.

Then according the analysis of your infrastructure team the postgresql user is 202 not 101. I think that some one else has changed the permissions and users.

Fix

change the folder permissions back to the normal configuration
