Micro Focus would like to remind you of the upcoming End of Committed Support date regarding one of the following products in your profile:

Products versions list*

These products/versions follow the time-based obsolescence process and the timeline for end of Committed Support and end of Extended Support has been published on Software Support Online, based on the General Availability date for these product versions. These dates are based on our Software Support Policy.

Micro Focus recommends that all customers update to the latest version of these products. In January 2017, we have integrated these products into the official time based support lifecycle. The complete product list, the first version under the time based support lifecycle process and the time lines for Committed Support, Extended Support and Self-Help Support with Rights to New Versions is available in the Software Time Based Support Lifecycle Time Frames list. More details on the deliverables during Committed Support, Extended Support and Self-Help Support with Rights to New Versions are available in the Micro Focus Business Support Agreement. As a product version reaches the end of Committed Support, no new enhancement requests, security patches, fixes, document changes, or platform certifications will be made available.

Please keep in mind: In accordance with the contractual terms, your Software should be on a supported available release. You can verify the support timeline for the specific version of the product you are using on Software Support Online. Please make sure that your Software is on a supported version throughout the period of your support contract. You can contact your Micro Focus Sales Representative or Micro Focus Business Partner if you need any additional help.

Whilst Micro Focus offers Extended Support periods, to minimize risks we recommend that all customers update to the latest version of these products.
