Cause
This error happens trying to record website application using IE browser.
Error indicates that VuGen is not able to access registry keys by lack of privileges by the user. Installation guide mentions that admin rights is only necessary during installation of LR application, however, sometimes, due to security policies in the environment, VuGen requires full administrative privileges for current user.
Fix
For this kind of issues during recording is recommendable to open VuGen as administrator (right click over vugen.exe and choose to run as administrator).
Antivirus and Firewall affects VuGen during recording, it is recommended to add VuGen to the white list (exception).
