When open My Performance Cente the page does not look fine
Error
When try to loging to My Performance Center or editing scenarios the pages are not rendering correclty.
Cause
The Regional Settings are not set correctly to English language
Fix
To fix this issue check your Regional Windows settings should be set to English USA. Change the following settings in Internet Information Server (IIS) Manger ·
1. Click on Default Web Site
2. In Features View double click on ".Net Globalization"
3. Change the Culture and UI Culture to English (United States) (en-US)
4. Add the :8080/qcbin to the Trusted Site zone in IE Checked the IE browser settings
