Steps to force the Agent to start the restore:
-Stop all the pending restores you may have.
-In the machine run services.msc and stop HPE Connected MX service
-Go to Task Manager and stop HPE Connected MX User interface
-In the web portal start a new restore
-Back in the machine execute again Connected MX
-Wait for 5-10 minutes to the Agent get the notification of the restore and start it
