Look up for wrapper.conf File under this location C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Operations Orchestration\central\conf

Add the line below following the consecutive numbers configured on your file. 

Once you modified the wrapper.conf file and saved the changes, you need to restart the Central service.
