Summary

backup of DB2 database fails with the following error: SQL2071N An error occurred while accessing the shared library "C:/ProgramFiles/OmniBack/lib/libob2db2.dll". Reason code: "1".

Data Protector 10.02
The issue is when we take backup of DB2 database the following error is received:

SQL2071N An error occurred while accessing the shared library "C:/ProgramFiles/OmniBack/lib/libob2db2.dll". Reason code: "1".

Issue:
DP10.02
Backup of DB2 database fails with the following error:
SQL2071N An error occurred while accessing the shared library "C:/ProgramFiles/OmniBack/lib/libob2db2.dll". Reason code: "1".

Solution:
Add user "USERNAME" to the user list, add to the admin group of DP and retest the backup.
Enable “TRACKMOD” and made an recycle:

After enable the “TRACKMOD” take a full database backup before run any incremental backup
