Summary
Licfile.txt was modified in AM 9.62 in order to work with Autopass JAVA
9.40. However, Automated Process Manager (amsrv) cannot recognize the
license file.
If there is a license for 9.40 and other one for 9.6x on the lic.txt file it will not work.
All of them have to be 9.6x
Question
The error does not occur when I install the license file.
The error occurs after I install the license file, and then go to the AM Application Designer to Activate the database.

The problem is when we mix license from 9.6x with older than 9.60 for example license for 9.50 or 9.40 with 9.60.
