UCMDB browser is slow several times during the day

Error

browser can take several minute to log in or take several minutes to provide results.

Cause

Ldap server configuration

 

if the Ldap server in a customer environment are busy then the browser may be affected by the responses from the LDAP servers.

 

Fix

upgrade to 4.15.1 UCMDB browser and address performance issue of the Ldap servers
