Summary

Customers must configure infrastructure to allow outbound communication over TCP Port 16386 for to all servers in the Connected Backup Datacenter.

Question

Because IP address for each server in a Connected datacenter must be "open" within a corporate firewall to pass TCP traffic over port 16384, customers must be informed of the IP addresses to each server in the cluster.

Furthermore, they may need to incorporate the URLs to the Supportcenter and Account Management web applications within their proxy server or configuration file.
