Summary
The below error can be seen when manually installing the SA agent on a Windows server
Error
ERROR: spin.notUniqueInDatabase - SA was unable to locate the record for this server in the database because more than one record already exists with the MAC address '00:50:56:C0:00:08'.
Cause
The error appears only when there are duplicated record devices
Fix
Use the --force_new_device option and pass it as a parameter to the agent installer
