Summary

Issue importing shared data

Question

Customer was using the AM Generic Adapter 1.03 to create an integration between UCMDB and Asset Manager. They import the shared data, but it appears to have failed. It didn't create the log file either.

Answer

In order to integrated with UCMDB, customer restore their DB from backup and re-import the shared data again, according to the logs, all shared data was successfully imported.
