Network Delay Monitor - No Data on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

Error

If you are using Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Operative System, a configured Network Delay Monitor may show "No Data".

Cause

Issues with OS. Missinhg requirement.

Fix
