Summary
Issues opening Analysis Session Files (.lra) after installing a Language Pack or on a different Machine.
Question
If you install a language pack after you have already generated an Analysis session, you will not be able to open those Analysis Session Files (.lra).
Answer
This is because you can only open it on a machine with the same regional settings as the machine upon which it was generated.
The alternative, it so open the raw result (.lrr) and Analyze it again.
