Summary
Question
We can not enter the central from the browser. We already made a restart of services, but without results. The flows are not running, and we already have several processes stopped.
Answer
The problem was in the temp folder from Tomcat that was running without permitions and OO can not write in this folder. so customer use root user and was the fix of the problem
Issue: "you are about to be redirected to HPE operation orchestration we application"
Log error: "/opt/HPO
O/central/tomcat/temp/ehcache_auto_created_1516729048176".
Solution: Provide root priviledges to tomcat/temp
