Summary
Question
Customer upgraded BSM from 9.25.261 (IP1) to latest patch 9.25.381 (IP2). After the upgrade, it seems the integration between RTSM to UCMDB is no longer working.
UCMDB to BSM integration fails with following errors:

Answer
Verify JMX console setting in Infrastructure Settings on the BSM side.
Select Admin > Platform > Setup and Maintenance > Infrastructure Settings.
Select Foundations.
Select Security.
In the Security-Login table, locate Restrict remote access to JMX console. Change the value to false
