Summary

To set a limit of GB to the Agents for backups: -In the Support Center expand Configurations, expand PC, and expand Agent settings. -Select the Agent settings you have assigned to the configuration that the accounts are using. -In the point 3.Backup, go to the Backup Limits section an check the option Limit the backup set size to. -In this box set the number of GB you want to limit the backup. (Please note that Maximum backup sizes can exceed 128 GB for users, but the backup set limit in this option cannot be set over 128 GB. If users need to backup more than 128 GB of data, you must clear this check box). -Click Finish

Hello,
We have some users that have outgrown the 40GB individual storage limit on their backup. How can we allow certain users to occupy more space for their backup?

Answer

To set a limit of GB to the Agents for backups:

-Select the Agent settings you have assigned to the configuration that the accounts are using.
-In the point 3.Backup, go to the Backup Limits section an check the option Limit the backup set size to.
