No Active Channels are loaded when the Console starts

Summary

Open the Console and all the channels are blank until they are being loaded manually from the Menu

Error

When loading the Console, all the Active Channels are in blank until choose File -> Load from Manager

Cause

After click the 'x' in the viewer to close all of them, this makes the Console to not load the channels

Fix

To load all the channels again everytime the Console is opened, please add all the channels back to the blank viewer that loads on start, then save to manager.
