12.53 NV Insight Report error after Load Test

Question

Hi HP,I have a customer who is using LoadRunner 12.53 Patch 4. He has a TruClient script (Firefox emulation) and he is trying to generate an NV Insights report from a scenario run. The report generates fine from VuGen. The NV components are installed (he is testing on one machine with a full installation of LR). We restarted the NV Service and have tried multiple runs in the Controller.When he runs his scenario, he has selected monitoring by Group and selected a built in profile (we tried multiple built in profiles). Answer

In order for NV Insight Report to be generated, the NV Global Settings for Packet Capture needs to be ON.
It should be ON be default, starting from versino 12.53

1. Open the Virtual Location Window
2. Click on Common Settings
3. Ensure that the Packet Capture is turned ON.
