Summary

LR vugen is able to lunch the browser but no events are recorded.
Cause
Avecto tool is installed on same machine.
• Avecto Privilige guard application inserts itself in every process running on the computer and listens to all the network traffic. In a sense it is very similar to LR's work.
• Thus both, LR and Aveco cannot be together at the same time inside the Internet Explorer.
• One of them will listen to all the traffic while other will not work properly.
Fix
Uninstall Avecto from vugen machine.
