customer reported issue happen to 9.40 and 9.41, happen to Firefix, IE and Chrome.STR:At workflow, edit one Transtion then move to another, the Transtion type can not be displayed properly

STR:
1.From Tailoring=>Process Designer=>Workflows, select any workflow that can be edited(without hp logo).
2.select any existing Transition, delete it.
3.draw a new Manual Transtion.
4.go to Rule Sets Tab, add any rule sets.
5. click save.
6.select any other Transtion of this workflow, check the Details tab.
    You can see the Transtion type can not be displayed properly.
7.close this workflow and open it again, this time the Transition can be displayed properly.
