Fix

"Tables and records that are not upgraded by the Upgrade Utility" means you need to take care of:
-          Some records are modified after you created custom upgrade files
-          Some records are modified but not in patches table (name=SM95) (Tailoring > Differential Upgrade > Patch Records)

If you do not need them listed above into production/test environment, then you can ignore this step.
