Summary
We see the following error when we try to tiff pdf files

had a previous case opened on this issue and what we ended up doing is standing up a Windows 2008 server and configuring TIFF Server to run on this server.
The problem appears that have come back when selecting Native for the tiffing option.
If Use Keyview is selected, we are able to generate images but the quality isn't what is expected.
So when I select Use Native, I see the following error in the Office2010Printer.exe.####.log file.

03/03/2017 13:47:39 DETAIL: System.ApplicationException: Unable to connect to dde client
at DiscoveryMining.Office.PDFPrinter.start()
at DiscoveryMining.Office.PDFPrinter.start(PrintingParameters printingParameters)
at DiscoveryMining.Office.PrintingMonitor.printOneFile()
