When attempting to import an installation server through the Data Protector GUI, I received the error :
[12:1660] Import Installation Server failed.
When viewing the "Details" in the GUI, it shows the following :
* Please check that the Data Protector services on the Cell Manager computer are running.
* Also check that Data Protector Inet service on the remote computer is running
(use: telnet <remote computer> 5555 to see if the service responds).
* Install that host as Data Protector Installation Server.
No problem was found with the Data Protector problem.
With support in a virtual room, the customer successfully imported the installation and no problem was found.
