This integration provides several abilities including push CIs and relationships from UCMDB to ServiceNow and populate CIs and relationship from SNOW to UCMDB. The adapter uses the new GPA framework that enables users to map CI Types between UCMDB and ServiceNow in Graphic Mapping Tool.
