Error

Cannot find the Remote Management Agent Service

Cause

The User Account Control settings is enable for Windows Server 2012

Fix

For Windows Server 2012, we need to disable the UAC from the registry as well, is not enough to disable that option from the UI

Please follow these steps:

You have the option to turn off UAC via registry by changing the DWORD "EnableLUA" from 1 to 0 in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system".

You will get a notification that a reboot is required. After the reboot, UAC is disabled.

*Note: Please make sure that UAC is disable in other components like PC server and ALM server.
