Sometimes LeanFT when spying on web application the objects are recognized as standard and not web objects.

Cause

Under RnD investigation

Fix

  1. Make sure your browser version is supported Product Availability Matrix
  2. Make sure the browser agent is installed. Web browser and browser control setup
  3. Make sure the browser is opened after the LeanFT Run time engine.
