Summary
After running the configuration wizard, the wizard log says that the Remote Management Agent is not installed
Error
When we ran the configuration wizard from the PC server, the wizard log give us a message that the Remote Management is not installed.
Cause
It could be a corrupted installation or the user does not have the enough rights to launch the service or install it
Fix
Remove and installed the service manually, follow these steps:
1. %installation folder%\al_agent\bin\alagentservice.exe -remove
2. %installation folder%\al_agent\bin\alagentservice.exe -install username password
Where the username and password are those of the Performance Center system user, we should grant permissions to the user to write on the %temp% folder.
