Summary

This is an usuability issue and not a functional problem. All data is correct. The word "None" below each metric is unnecessary used and should be hidden.

Question

When running a load test in LoadRunner Controller 12.53 with Network Virtualization enabled, but no virtual locations used (i.e. virtual locations of all groups and load generators are set to “None”), then the Analysis Summary page will contain lines with the word "None" under each metric with duplication of the metric value (as shown in the image below).

Answer

This is an usability issue and not a functional problem. It is a result of adding the “Virtual location breakdown” feature to the Analysis summary page. All data in the Analysis summary report is correct. The word "None" below each metric is unnecessary used and should be ignored. In the snapshot above the breakdown provides no additional value and should also be ignored.

The issue will be fixed in one of the future patches/releases.
